Christmas Market November 28 2026

Welcome to Nordens Ark’s Christmas market and enjoy the festive atmosphere in the historic surroundings of Åby Manor. Stroll around and enjoy all the scents and flavours of Christmas. The market is open from 10.00 to 15.00.

The Christmas market features almost 70 exhibitors offering a wide range of unique products and delicacies. Local craftspeople sell items made from wool, leather, ceramics and much more, alongside Christmas wreaths and jewellery. You’ll also find homemade jams, honey, chutneys, cheeses, chocolate, coffee cheese, cordials and other locally produced delicacies.

During the day, the Gospel of Joy choir will perform festive Christmas songs, and Father Christmas and Mrs Christmas will be there to spread some Christmas cheer. For children, the Nordic Watercolour Museum will be hosting a painting workshop in the Manor House. Our sheep petting area will also be open, and there will be pony rides with Lysekils Ryttarförening.

Admission to the Christmas market
Admission to the Christmas market is SEK 30 for adults. Children and young people under 18 enter free of charge.

Combine your visit with a trip to the wildlife park!
Admission to both the Christmas market and the wildlife park is SEK 100 for adults and SEK 50 for children aged 5–17.
The park is open from 10.00 to 14.00.

If you have a 2026 or 2027 season pass, admission to the Christmas market is also included.
